Chris began his Financial Services career in 1998, eventually obtaining his securities licenses and becoming an Independent Financial Advisor with ING Financial Partners and Cambridge Investment Research. Chris possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the design and implementation of more complex insurance-linked solutions and products particularly in the market for U.S. traded life insurance policies, known as Senior Life Settlements (“SLS”). In 2010, Chris joined forces with Tyler Randolph and Michael Bradburn, where the primary focus is developing the turnkey US advisor SLS platform offered through Capstone Alternative Strategies.

At Capstone, he is responsible for administrative and operational oversight as well as the development of longevity solutions in conjunction with AltVest Capital’s deep analytical understanding of insurance linked solutions supported by the continued development and expansion of AltVest’s IP. Chris currently maintains an insurance license.

Tyler began his career as a Wholesaling Advisor for The Hartford and Conseco Capital Management, where he marketed variable annuities and mutual funds to wire-houses and broker-dealers. He then founded an independent insurance brokerage which marketed life insurance, health insurance, and critical illness insurance. In 2010, Tyler joined forces with Chris Streib and Michael Bradburn, where the primary focus was developing the turnkey US advisor SLS platform offered through Capstone Alternative Strategies.

At Capstone, he is responsible for overseeing all pre-aggregation and post-aggregation policy analytics, placement, and management. He also oversees all third-party relationships from policy acquisition to payoff. He is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he obtained a BS in Marketing and Finance.

Michael gained knowledge and experience in the finance and insurance world beginning with Prudential Preferred Financial Services and later advanced his career in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Outside of the financial services arena, Michael has always served in a sales and marketing capacity. The combination of skill sets has led Michael to success in distribution channel development in the life settlement industry for the past 10 years.

Beside his partners Chris Streib and Tyler Randolph, Michael is the Managing Director of Capstone Alternative Strategies where he focuses his attention on inbound marketing and advisor development. Michael attended Indiana University, earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and is a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity.

Vasu is a senior technology and product development executive with over 25 years of experience in large consulting firms. He has served large private and public companies as a trusted advisor. He began his career with Siemens and went on to work for well-known industry leaders including Accenture, EDS and HP. He has led teams, large and small, in various models in both operational IT activities as well as innovative, rapid product development. A hands-on approach to new technology has enabled him to acquire expertise in big data, the cloud, social media, mobile technology, internet of Things (iOT), as well as data science.

At Capstone, Vasu is the head of the technology team. He oversees the development and management of all internal data management systems across various vertically integrated production teams.

He has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering with advanced degrees in business administration and computer science. His current interests are in the data science arena, machine learning, structured and unstructured data. His hobbies include gardening, hiking, tennis, reading and writing.

Bob is a seasoned financial professional. Highlights of his career Include Chief Financial Officer of Cirrus Logic, a publicly traded $900 Million revenue semiconductor firm and for many years Corporate Treasurer and then Corporate Controller of Harris Corporation, a publicly traded $4 Billion revenue high technology company.

At Capstone, Mr. Fay oversees all premium reserve asset management activity and advisor relations. Mr. Fay has also led the financial function for several smaller firms. In his role as CFO of most of these firms, Bob led both the financial function and the IT function.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for 2 semiconductor-related firms and is the President of Xalpha Consulting, LLC, a financial advisory firm. He holds various degrees from Duke University, Villanova University and Drexel University.
